Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect specializing in high-end custom homes to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury home design and a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and elegant residential projects. This role involves collaborating with clients to create bespoke living spaces that reflect their unique styles and needs.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for custom home designs.
Develop architectural plans, sketches, and 3D models for high-end residential projects.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations while meeting aesthetic standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Licensed Architect with relevant certifications.
Proven experience in designing high-end custom homes.
Strong portfolio demonstrating previous luxury home projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
