Established (20+ Years) Full Service Law Firm Seeking Trust & Estate Attorney in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
An established (20+ years) firm based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This Associate would have 3+ years of trusts and estate experience. A tax background or LL.M. qualification is preferred.
Offer:
$110,000-$200,000 annual base salary, contingent on experience
Comprehensive benefits package, including full medical premium coverage for individuals
20 days PTO
401(k) with 4% match after one year of employment
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in trusts & estates law
Active Florida Bar membership
LL.M. qualification preferred
Responsibilities:
Maintaining client communication via office meetings, email, Zoom, or phone
Liaising with third parties such as financial advisors, insurance companies, and accountants
Reviewing and finalizing estate plans prior to client signing meetings
Tracking billable time and collaborating with bookkeeping to send timely invoices
Providing legal advice, drafting documents, and representing clients in court as needed
Developing estate planning strategies and managing trust and probate proceedings
Collaborating in a team-oriented environment
