Job Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $170,000 - $190,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities + Good Work/Life Balance + 401k and other Comprehensive Benefits.

Position Overview: We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an associate to join our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in first party property insurance and litigation, along with stellar oral and written communication skills. People with tenacity, critical thinking, passion, and a desire to learn, are able to thrive at our reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle insurance coverage, first party insurance disputes, and bad faith insurance disputes.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Participate in all stages of litigation, including depositions, discovery, and trial preparation.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
Stay current on developments in insurance law and litigation.

Requirements:

At least two years of experience in first party property insurance and litigation.
Stellar oral and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for the law and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
