Position Overview

We are seeking an Attorney with experience in redevelopment law to join our team. The role involves working closely with both public sector entities and private companies on complex real estate redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters related to land use, planning, finance, and compliance matters. Standard hybrid work schedule is 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in real estate law or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Current member of the NJ Bar
