We are a 25 person General Contractor based in between DC and Baltimore that specializes in commercial roofing. We offer new installation, repair, and restoration. We are part of a larger nation wide group with locations across the US. Here in the DMV area we work predominantly on commercial, industrial, and government buildings.
Most of our projects are between the Baltimore and DC area. We do have some projects further out that require travel but we offer top market per-diems and offset travel costs. We offer full benefits, truck allowance, phone & gas allowances too.
Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and built-up roofing).
Clean, measure, and prepare roof surfaces before installation.
Load, unload, and position roofing materials safely.
Apply sealants, insulation, and protective coatings to ensure durability.
Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment efficiently.
Work with crew members, supervisors, and contractors to complete projects on schedule.
Identify and fix defects, ensuring high installation standards.
1+ Years working on commercial, indsutrial, government roof install/repair
Physical Ability to life heavy materials, work at heights, and endure various weather conditions.
Familiarity with roofing tools, techniques, and materials.
Ability to adhere to OSHA standards and fall protection procedures.
Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 - $100,000
