Controls Technician

Position Overview
The Controls Technician will be responsible for the installation, programming, and maintenance of building automation systems (BAS) to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems. This role involves troubleshooting issues, conducting system tests, and providing support to clients to enhance their building management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure building automation systems and HVAC controls.
Program and troubleshoot Distech and Tridium systems to ensure proper functionality.
Conduct regular maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance of BAS.
Provide technical support and training to clients on system operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
Proven experience with Distech and Tridium systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their controls.
Familiarity with Niagara, BAS, N4, AX, OEM, and ASC principles is a plus.
