Design Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create detailed designs and documentation that meet project requirements and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine concepts for new product design through optimal technology selection to meet or exceed commercial requirements; exposure to and/or basic understanding of principles associated with electro-mechanical/hydraulic devices
Design and/or develop specifications for emergency handling equipment.
Exposure to or direct responsibility for the design of electrical assemblies.
Experience with medical devices and/or ISO 13485 a plus; exposure to or ability to adapt to design/re-design of FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR compliant products.
