Regional Finance Manager

Position Overview
The Regional Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations in the designated region, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role aims to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the region.
Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with business units to develop financial strategies that support operational goals.
Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
Support supply chain management with financial insights and analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience in financial management and accounting, with a strong grasp of budgeting and forecasting principles.
Experience with Prophet 21 or similar ERP systems is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills to collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of compliance and auditing standards within the financial sector.
