Epicor Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Administrator to manage and optimize our Epicor ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, administration, and support, ensuring that the system meets the business needs effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Epicor ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Configure and customize the system based on user requirements and business processes.
Develop and manage SQL queries to extract and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
Create and manage SSRS reports, BAQs, and dashboards to support various business functions.
Implement and support integrations with other systems and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system upgrades and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Epicor system.
Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Epicor Administrator or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Epicor ERP, with a focus on configuration and administration.
Solid understanding of SQL for database management and reporting.
Experience with SSRS, BAQs, BPM, and dashboard creation is a plus.
Familiarity with integrations, C#, .NET, and REST API development is desirable.
Knowledge of ERP implementation and upgrade processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
