Fire Extinguishers Division Manager

Position Overview

This leader will manage our fire extinguishers division across the entire company to ensure its sucessful operations and growth. As our fire extinguisher division manager you will travel to our other locations to check on the operations of those branches and ensure they are performing at a succesful level.

What You Will Be Doing

Hire and performance manage team members
Travel to our other locations to oversee their local fire extinguisher operations
Oversee the performance of the company wide fire extingisher division
Manage and maintain a safe work environment
Train a service sales team
Achieve and manage division quotas
Manage the department budget

What You Need for this Position

High School Diploma or GED
Strong knowledge of fire extinguishers and service business operations experience
5+ years of managment experience
Proven ability to generate and grow sales for a department
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
Ability to travel as needed
