Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and manage overall business functions
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance to managerial team
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor financial performance and work to improve profitability
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes and materials
  • Experience in roofing, particularly commercial roofing, is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze business performance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
