We are a prominent leader in the construction industry in Arizona, specializes in civil construction and infrastructure projects (earthwork, mass grading & excavation, roadway, & flatwork). Due to growth we're looking for a Project Manager experienced in:
-Heavy Civil Construction experience (earthwork, mass grading, roadway, & flatwork)
-Experience successfully overseeing large project and director reports
-Project sizes $100K - $50+ Million
-Local travel only

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
- Coordinate staff and internal resources to manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
- Ensure project plans adhere to set budgets and timelines, implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure expectations are set and met.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite project operations to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and reports.
- Proactively address potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate project risks.
- Foster relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management experience with heavy civil projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, AgTek)
- PMP certification a PLUS
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
