Position: Legal Assistant
Location: Englewood, Colorado
Position Overview:
The Legal Assistant will support attorneys, paralegals and marketing team members within the Construction Defect Department; will have direct communication with clients to collect claim-related data; will set-up and assist with the maintenance of large electronic and paper files; will schedule depositions, meetings, and hearings; and will assist in the preparation of depositions, hearings and trials.
