What you need:

High performer with 4 - 6 years of experience with securities litigation, including private securities class actions, derivative suits, and SEC investigations.
You have experience exhibiting your strong analytical ability, resourcefulness, and your ability to be a team player.
You concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
