Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-Person Role)
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 base + Quarterly KPI Bonus ($1,000 - $1,500)
We are a fast-growing and reputable personal injury law firm in West Palm Beach seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Legal Operations to lead and optimize our litigation support teams. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with deep paralegal experience, proven team management capabilities, and a track record in larger, fast-paced legal environments.
We're looking for a results-driven leader who thrives on process improvement, team development, and operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Oversight
Supervise and support a team of 10+ paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff
Manage scheduling, approve PTO, and address personnel matters in coordination with HR
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
Administrative Operations (50%)
Lead and refine the daily administrative operations of the litigation department
Ensure consistent execution of processes, compliance, and internal standards
Auditing & Efficiency (40%)
Conduct regular audits of casework and internal workflows
Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies for greater speed and accuracy
Utilize tools such as Domo for performance tracking and reporting
Strategic Collaboration & Problem Solving (10%)
Partner with senior leadership to drive operational goals and support long-term growth
Step in to resolve high-priority challenges that require strong leadership and legal knowledge
Paralegal certification or formal business education (MBA a plus)
5-10 years of paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury litigation
Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 10+ in a legal or legal-adjacent setting
Background in mid- to large-size law firms strongly preferred
Strong grasp of HR best practices and ability to resolve minor employee issues independently
Comfortable with process improvement, audits, and performance analytics
Candidates with a paralegal-to-operations leadership career path in another industry are welcome if they bring strong team management and organizational skills
