Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the organization, ensuring that all equipment is running efficiently and safely. This role involves managing a team of maintenance staff, developing maintenance strategies, and implementing best practices to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the maintenance team to ensure effective and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy that includes preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Manage the maintenance budget and procurement of necessary tools and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a plus.
Familiarity with electrical systems, mechanical components, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing, and/or Cleanroom industry - HIGHLY DESIRED
