Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
For almost 200 years, we are a market leader in building materials. Our company produces custom closure solutions found in stadiums, hospitals, hotels and museums, along with a variety of facilities.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of manufacturing systems, processes, and procedures implementing lean principles.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes in an industrial environment
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods leveraging Six Sigma or Lean principles
- Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements
- Confer with Industrial Engineering and Design Engineering regarding product design and tooling
- Document manufacturing processes, procedures, work instructions, and routings
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional/internship experience in manufacturing
