We deliver the best in class generator control and power distribution systems to meet our clients challenges in the marine, O&G and energy markets. Our team is growing and looking to add a talented Mechanical Designer to join our Engineering team.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical designs and drawings, ensuring that our projects meet industry standards and client specifications. This role requires proficiency in CAD and BIM technologies, with a focus on innovative design solutions for a variety of applications including commercial, industrial, and data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create and modify mechanical designs using CAD and BIM software.
Develop detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical components and systems.
Collaborate with project engineers and architects to ensure design integration.
Conduct design reviews and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the design process.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards and design technologies.
Assist in the selection of materials and components for projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software and BIM technologies, specifically Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience in mechanical design within commercial, industrial, or data center sectors.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and design principles.
Knowledge of HVAC, piping, and fire protection systems is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
