We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager's (owner's rep) to join our team.
-Overseeing and managing the construction process on-site, including supervising sub-contractors, suppliers and junior staff
-Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
-Ensuring quality control on all aspects of the project
-Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
-Communicating regularly with project manager, owner, and other stakeholders
-Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site challenges as they arise
-Ensuring that all work complies with local building codes and regulations
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date daily reports

-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and industry standards
-Ability to manage and mentor junior staff, sub-contractors and suppliers
-A keen eye for detail and quality control
-Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site challenges

-A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
-OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
-Salary: $120,000+ (based on experience)
