Patent Litigation Associate
Position Overview/Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2nd to 5th year Patent Litigation Associate for our New York or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have strong patent litigation and trial experience, with a specific focus on technology or life sciences patents. A technical or science degree is preferred, along with a deep understanding of life science patents and related litigation. This position requires outstanding academic credentials, proven litigation experience, a strong work ethic, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Strong litigation and trial experience, with a focus on technology or life science patents.
In-depth knowledge of life sciences, patents, and patent law.
Self-starter with a keen interest in working with technology or life science companies.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Location
On-site at the firm's New York City or Washington, DC office, with the option for remote work up to two days per week.
Salary
The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $390,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
