Title: Plant Manager

Location: Conway, SC (Near Myrtle Beach) - Relocation can be provided for the right person

We are a world leading producer of Amorphous Metal Ribbon. We have been around for over 50 years and are experiencing a ton of growth.

We are currently seeking a Plant Manager for our busy manufacturing plant! This person but have experience as a plant manager running a plant on their own. We are seeking a Senior/VP level person to join our growing team!

Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:

-Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

-Technical background

-Strong motivator of people

-Goal oriented team player

-Understand impact of on-stream time on variable cost and capacity-productivity

-Strong interpersonal communication skills w/ ability to continuously.
