Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner/Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality products that meet customer needs. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, marketing and Sales to deliver innovative SaaS solutions.
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, users and market research to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed product specifications.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product growth.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience with Product Management tools.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management principles.
Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle.
Experience with data analysis and using data to drive product decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
