Salary: Up to $120k + 10% Bonus
Location/Schedule: 1st shift role Mon-Fri
Requirements: 3+ years of production leadership within food manufacturing + Spanish speaking

We have an immediate need in our Mira Loma facility for an up and coming Production Manager to oversee a 24/7 corn processing facility. You'll lead a team of 90 indirect reports as you are groomed into our next Plant Manager!

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee a 24/7 facility with 2 supervisors per shift and 25-30 EEs per shift
Efficiently manage production, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence
Enforce safety rules and ensure adherence to labor regulations
Oversee inventory and scheduling
Develop policies for efficiency and guide team members for optimal performance
Coordinate with QA
Manage training and support employees
Handle waste water management

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Production Supervisory experience within food manufacturing, in addition to:

B.S. in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business
Strong leadership skills
Ability to understated, create and hit KPIs
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Methodologies
Bilingual
Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, ERP systems

Experience with tortilla or chip manufacturing is a huge plus!
