Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coatings, commercial painting, and project estimation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial painting applications.
Conduct thorough estimates and cost analyses for potential projects.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the painting industry.
Strong knowledge of coatings and commercial painting techniques.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and estimation tools.
