Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and lead projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of environmental/ecological studies and have the ability to translate these into civil site development and sustainable design. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status and address any concerns.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage team dynamics to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Project to develop and track project schedules and budgets.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and communication among project team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; ABET-accredited programs preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk management, and change management.
• Excellent budgeting and scheduling capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and resource allocation expertise.
