Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects focusing on steel erecting and structural steel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progress is monitored.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
Develop and implement project management processes and best practices for steel erecting and structural steel projects.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in steel erecting and structural steel.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
