Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Attorney to provide legal guidance and support for various real estate transactions and projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of transactional law and litigation support, and will play a crucial role in negotiating contracts, reviewing leases, and ensuring compliance with public contracting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and financing
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate matters
Assist clients with construction procurement and compliance with relevant laws
Support litigation efforts related to real estate disputes
Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws and regulations
Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
Stay updated on changes in real estate law and best practices

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the State Bar of California
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work
Strong knowledge of litigation support in real estate matters
Experience with contract negotiations and public contracting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
