Title: Remote Compensation Programs Administrator

Salary: $47,600 - $55,000 + 5% Bonus

Founded in 2013 we are a 400+ employee government contractor whose subsidiaries focuses on medical billing and health insurance. We focus more on the government administrative services side as we provide administrative and claims processing services for state and federal healthcare programs like Medicare & Medicaid. For this Remote Compensation Programs Administrator position you will be amongst an HR Department of 30 with a lot of room for growth. Your key duties in this position will be to develop, execute & improve multiple compensation programs, help with audits, work extensively in MS Excel and perform research.
What You Will Be Doing
Supports SCLS program by managing Compensation's Wage Determination database for adjustments
Responsible to identify, development, maintain, audit & resolution of job codes & descriptions
Work w/ management on bonus/incentive awards to ensure information is accurate
Create compensation reports from HR system & perform validation to ensure accurate data
Conduct audit of new hires to ensure offer, salary plan etc is accurate
Research & provide requested data for external auditors (primarily financial in nature)
Participate in identification, revision & tracking of compliance with Service Level Agreements
Facilitate annual review process for compensation policies, procedures & supporting forms
What You Need for this Position
2+ years of experience in a business setting performing data analysis & reporting duties
1+ year of experience working in Human Resources function (compensation, benefits, HR)
Strong MS Excel experience with: VLOOKUP, Compare Files, Formulas, Pivot Tables and Macros
Experience w/ HR technologies i.e. ADP, PeopleSoft, Virtual Edge, Success Factors etc is a plus
