Resident Engineer - Civil

Position Overview
The Resident Engineer will oversee and manage engineering projects on-site, ensuring all work is completed to specifications, on time, and within budget. 

This role serves as the primary point of contact between the client and project team, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities on the project site and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide reports on project progress and any issues that arise.
• Review and approve design changes and ensure they align with project goals and specifications.
• Oversee project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of materials and labor.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members as needed.

Requirred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management, with at least 2 years as a Resident Engineer.

Preferred Qualifications

• NICET Level IV certification preferred.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
• Bridge experience a plus
