Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: 100% remote
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 + Commission

We are a team focused on providing software solutions to the upstream oil & gas industry. By leveraging advanced technology and AI, we provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities within the Oil and Gas sector. You will support the sales team by qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and nurturing relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts
Engage with prospects via phone and email to generate new leads for Account Executives.
Conduct needs assessments with potential customers to understand their requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in Salesforce
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
