Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial flooring industry, sales, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans.
Provide regular reporting and forecasting on sales activities and account performance.
Ensure successful project completion by coordinating with installation teams and addressing customer concerns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in commercial flooring sales or related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials is preferred.
