Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of telecommunications infrastructure and systems architecture.
• Develop and analyze circuit designs to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all design processes and systems.
• Collaborate with software integration teams to ensure seamless functionality of hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network design and hardware performance.
• Evaluate and implement virtualization solutions to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.
• Design Ethernet and fiber optic networks, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with Analog and Mixed signal circuit design, and System level simulation
• 1.5+ years of experience with Cadence Design Tool and Behavior Modeling of Analog Circuits
• 1+ years of experience with C# or MATLAB
• 1+ year of experience with lab instruments such as signal generators, oscilloscopes, or spectrum analyzers
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, infrastructure, and system architecture principles.
• Proven project management skills with experience in leading design projects.
• Excellent technical documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with troubleshooting complex systems and implementing effective solutions.
• Familiarity with software integration and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to telecommunications and hardware design.
