Headquartered in Minneapolis, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing commercial construction team. Founded in 1989, we are a growing construction firm that works on ground-up medical facilities, commercial builds, and multifamily projects along with all kinds of TI and renovation. Responsibilities:

- Industrial and commercial builds
- Scheduling, ordering materials, etc.
- Overseeing site day-to-day
- Maintain site-specific quality control and safety plans
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, city officials, etc.

Requirements:

- 3+ Years as a Superintendent
- 3+ years in Commercial Construction
