Job Title: Cost Segregation Director
Job Location: HYBRID in Downtown Los Angeles (2-3 days in office)
Salary: 120k-200k DOE + Profit Sharing
Position Overview
We are a firm that specializes in optimizing tax incentives for our clients across multiple industries and are looking for a highly skilled Cost Segregation Director with expertise in Cost Segregation to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of cost segregation studies for our clients. Until now, we have outsourced Cost Seg so this will be a brand new role where you will lead the cost seg efforts. You have the opportunity to make a huge impact for our company and clients and truly carve out this department.
