Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing external clients, preparing tax filings, and developing tax strategies.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tax strategies for external client base
  • Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns
  • Research and analyze tax laws and regulations and recommend tax planning strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
  • Manage and train tax department staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess tax implications of business decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • CPA certification required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, tax research, tax planning, and tax compliance
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
  • Experience with tax preparation software

Benefits

Competitive base salary ($100,000-$140,000)
