Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing external clients, preparing tax filings, and developing tax strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tax strategies for external client base
Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns
Research and analyze tax laws and regulations and recommend tax planning strategies
Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
Manage and train tax department staff
Collaborate with other departments to assess tax implications of business decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
CPA certification required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, tax research, tax planning, and tax compliance
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
Experience with tax preparation software

Benefits

Competitive base salary ($100,000-$140,000)
