Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning, with a focus on high net worth individuals and partnerships. This role will involve managing tax-related matters, providing strategic tax advice, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee tax compliance for high net worth individuals and partnerships.
Preparation and review of corporate tax returns and partnership tax filings.
Conduct tax research to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
Provide guidance and support to clients on tax planning and compliance matters.
Utilize Axcess Tax software for tax preparation and filing processes.
Collaborate with public accounting and family office teams to deliver comprehensive tax services.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax management or public accounting.
Strong knowledge of corporate tax accounting and partnership tax regulations.
Experience with high net worth individual tax planning and compliance.
Proficient in tax research and analysis.
Familiarity with CCH Axcess Tax software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
