Trial Attorney - Personal Injury
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join the team in Chicago, specializing in personal injury and accident cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, ensuring justice is served and securing fair compensation for their injuries. This role requires a deep understanding of personal injury law, strong litigation skills, and a commitment to client advocacy. This role has the flexibility of hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
This includes pleadings stage, written and oral discovery (depositions), legal research and legal writing. Recent law school graduates who are already licensed and with exceptional experience will be considered. This is a supervised position with the shared goal of the attorney growing into a more experienced and skilled trial attorney. The firm provides 100% paid for Continuing Legal Education through the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the National Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
