Position Overview
The VP of Operations - S&OP will oversee and optimize the Sales and Operations Planning process within the Wine and Spirits division. This role is crucial in ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, production schedules are aligned with market demand, and operational efficiency is maximized to support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Sales and Operations Planning process to align inventory levels with sales forecasts.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and analyze inventory metrics to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate shipping and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the wine and spirits industry.
Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and best practices.
Proven experience in inventory management and logistics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
